    How to Redeem Cashback

    The cashback that you earn can be accumulated and redeemed as CashPoints against the statement balance.

    • One CashPoint will be equivalent to Rs.1 and you will need to accumulate at least 500 CashPoints to redeem it.
    • You can redeem your CashPoints against Rewards Catalogue, flight and hotel bookings, at a value of 1 CashPoint = Rs.0.30.
    • The CashPoints must be redeemed before 2 years of accumulation.
    • Redemption of CashPoints as cashback against the statement balance is limited to 3,000 CashPoints in a calendar month, and a redemption fee of Rs.50 applies. 
    • You can also redeem CashPoints against the statement balance through Phone Banking or a physical redemption form. 
    • Redemption against flight and hotel bookings through SmartBuy is limited to 50% of the booking value and to 50,000 CashPoints in a calendar month.
